CAN I PLACE AN COEDIT COLLECTION ORDER ONLINE?

At this time, CoEdit Collection orders cannot be processed online. Your CoEdit Collection order can be placed by calling a CoEdit Collection representative at 312-282-3840 or by emailing us at info@coeditcollection.com

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER OR RECEIVE A QUOTE?

To place your order or receive a quote, call an CoEdit Collection representative at 312-282-3840, email the purchase order forms to info@coeditcollection.com, or with general questions email us info@coeditcollection.com.

WHICH INDUSTRIES AND PROFESSIONS QUALIFY FOR THE COEDIT COLLECTION PROGRAM?

Our CoEdit Collection discount is offered to residential interior designers or professional contractors (plumber, electrician or general contractor) working directly with homeowners on their home design or improvement projects.

DO I RECEIVE AN COEDIT COLLECTION MEMBERSHIP CARD?

No. Once your membership application has been processed and verified, you will receive a welcome email that includes your membership number. Membership processing takes 48 -72 hours.

IS THE COEDIT COLLECTION PROGRAM DISCOUNT VALID AT OUTLET LOCATIONS?

No. CoEdit Collection members enjoy their 20% savings on full-priced merchandise. The discount is not applicable to items on sale and cannot be combined with other promotions.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP OR OPT OUT OF THE PROGRAM?

To cancel or opt out of your CoEdit Collection membership, please contact our CoEdit Collection team at info@coeditcollection.com and write “Opt Out of membership in the subject line.”

DOES THE COEDIT COLLECTION PROGRAM DISCOUNT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES?

Yes, the standard 20% discount applies to all international purchases and deliveries. We will gladly ship your product directly to your contracted US-based freight forwarder, but are unable ship products to destinations outside Canada and the continental US.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, wire transfers or company checks. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice.

DOES COEDIT CHARGE SALES TAX?

Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, CoEdit will charge the sales tax in Illinois.

If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note that all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of CoEdit and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number we also require a copy of the certificate. You may submit this to info@coeditcollection.com and reference your trade membership number.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT I RECEIVED MY COEDIT COLLECTION DISCOUNT?

The price reflected in your order confirmation includes your trade discount.

WHAT IS THE COEDIT COLLECTION RETURN POLICY?

CoEdit Collection orders allow for refunds, less any applicable shipping charges, for any product that you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not allowed on any monogramed or personalized items or on custom furniture. To make a return please email an CoEdit Collection representative at info@coeditcollection.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email that will include tracking information for the products indicated as shipped. Furniture deliveries are coordinated via your local CoEdit home delivery provider. You can also call an CoEdit Collection representative at 312-282-3840 for updates.

CAN COEDIT PROCESS SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS?

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

DOES COEDIT RENT OR LOAN ARTWORK?
